Online Local Search and Shopping Site's Travel Guide Ranks Cities With Most
DALLAS, TX, June 20, 2005. Florida is the most hospitable state, according to a national survey by Verizon superpages.com, the premier online shopping and local search site. Accommodations in the Sunshine State range from glitzy Miami Beach hotels to motels near tourist attractions in Orlando to retirement bungalows and romantic bed and breakfast establishments along the coast. Miami tops the list of 25 "Most Hospitable Cities," with Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Clearwater and St. Petersburg also in the Top 10.
The list of "Most Hospitable Cities" appears on the special summer travel page of superpages.com . The rankings are based on the number of listings in the "Hotels," "Motels," and "Bed & Breakfast" categories in yellow pages directories published by Verizon Information Services in more than 1,000 locations.
