New General Manager at Claridge's
Maybourne Hotel Group announced the appointment of Sylvain Ercoli as General Manager of Claridge's.
LONDON, UK, February 28, 2006. Sylvain Ercoli has a wealth of international experience in the luxury hotel and resort industry. He joins Claridge's from the Hotel Martinez in Cannes, where he held the position of Regional Managing Director with responsibility for both the Martinez and the Casino Palais de la M'editerran'ee in Nice - both formerly owned by the Taittinger family. Previous roles have included, General Manager and Director of Development at the Byblos St. Tropez, General Manager of Le Touessrok and Le Saint G'eran on the island of Mauritius and Manager of the Hotel Ritz and George V in Paris.
The father of three teenage children, Sylvain Ercoli is a graduate of the Cornell University Hotel School. Born in France he is fluent in French, English and Italian.
