Neptune Hospitality Advisors Arranges Sale of Radisson Convention Center Hotel in Visalia, Californi
SAN DIEGO, CA, March 1, 2006. Neptune Hospitality Advisors, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has arranged the sale of the Radisson Convention Center Hotel in Visalia, California. The 201-room hotel sold to Presidian Companies. Presidian plans to convert the hotel into a Marriott Hotel following a $6.2 million renovation. The hotel was sold by Heritage Hotels and Resorts.
