BIG SKY, MT, February 28, 2006. Resort Property Management, one of Big Sky's largest property management and rental companies representing 130 homes and condominiums, has formally announced the purchase on January 20, 2006, of the Big Sky division of ResortQuest, a company headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. Resort Property Management is based in Big Sky and owned by Tim Ryan, who serves as the company's president. Ryan also owns and operates the River Rock Lodge, a 29-guestroom property located in Big Sky.
