Ocean Hospitalities Named as Management Company
Rivergreen Resort Hotel in Lincoln, New Hampshire
PORTSMOUTH, NH, March 15, 2006. Rivergreen Condominium Association has selected Ocean Hospitalities Ltd. of Portsmouth, New Hampshire as the new management company for their Rivergreen Resort Hotel in Lincoln, New Hampshire.
Located in the Loon Mountain recreational area, overlooking the mountains and the Pemigewasset River, the resort features one bedroom hotel rooms, suites with full-kitchens, and two- bedroom Master suites with full kitchen, two full baths with whirlpool tubs and pull-out sofas. The resort is undertaking a $1.3 million expansion.
"Over the next year, we are building a new amenities area with indoor pool, hot tub, great room and meeting space that we expect to be complete for fall 2006," said Thom VeVos, President of Rivergreen Condominium Association. "It was critical that we select a management company with expertise in all areas of our business. After an exhaustive interview process, the Rivergree Resort Hotel Board of Directors is pleased to announce the selection of Ocean Hospitalities as the new property manager."
Mindy Desellier remains as on-site Property Manager. According to DeVos, "The resort will focus on maintaining its current base of loyal clientele as well as welcoming new guests by providing outstanding service, unique packages and customer referrals."
