Hilton Approves $600,000 Bonus for CFO
BEVERLY HILLS, CA, March 22, 2006. Hilton Hotels Corp. has approved a bonus of $600,000 to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Robert M. La Forgia over its acquisition of the international hotel business of Hilton Group PLC.
According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Executive Vice President and General Counsel Madeleine A. Kleiner also received a $500,000 bonus for her "efforts in completing (the) acquisition."
As reported, Hilton Hotels bought the lodging assets of Hilton Group for about GBP3.3 billion earlier this year.
