Four Seasons in Baltimore Set to Rise
BALTIMORE, MD, March 29, 2006. The local developers of the long-anticipated Four Seasons Hotel and condominiums at Harbor East in downtown Baltimore have filed for construction permits after four years of planning.
The move by Struever Bros. Eccles and Rouse Inc. and H and S Properties Development Corp. indicates that the project is proceeding despite some missed start dates, according to reports.
In June 2005, Larry White, a senior development director for Struever Bros. Eccles and Rouse Inc., said in a local report that full construction was expected to get under way in the fall. The development will be next to the Marriott Waterfront Hotel on Aliceanna St.
