Pinnacle Advises on Over $400 mil in Hotel Transactions

First Quarter 2006 Including the World-Famous Hay Adams Hotel

BOSTON, MA, April 20, 2006. Pinnacle Realty Investments (PRI) announced that the firm acted as advisor on over $400 million in hotel transactions during the first quarter of 2006. The transactions included the world famous Hay Adams Hotel in Washington, DC, a portfolio of six full-service hotels located throughout the western states, a Renaissance hotel, and a Sheraton Four Points.

Matthew Kenney, Managing Partner for PRI noted that this was a banner period for the firm. "We're very proud of these deals because they show the breadth of our abilities", said Kenney. "These were all very different deals in different geographical areas," Kenney continued, " We did a lot of in-depth research to make sure that we thoroughly understood the nuances of each transaction in order to effectively identify and communicate with prospective purchasers."

In 2005 Transaction volume for Pinnacle Realty Investments topped $1.4 billion. Kenney indicated that the strong start to the year bodes well for a similarly strong 2006. "Our focus is on the client not the size of the deal, as a result, our clients keep coming back to us with more and more exciting and challenging opportunities," said Kenney.
