Golden Tulip Returns to US in Texas
MCKINNEY, TX- Craig Ranch and Netherlands-based Golden Tulip Hospitality Group are bringing the Golden Tulip flag back to the United States with an eight-story, 300-room, $200-million flagship hotel here, just north of Dallas.
The hotel will be the latest addition to the 2,000-acre, master-planned community and will include a water park and two adjacent Golden Tulip-brand hotels.
Crescent Development Group, Inc., plans to begin construction on the Golden Tulip Resort and Conference Center at Craig Ranch in fourth quarter; the opening is planned for early 2008. Golden Tulip plans to develop 200 hotels in the U.S.
