White Lodging to Manage Holiday Inn Select, Grand Rapids
MERRILLVILLE, IN, June 29, 2006. White Lodging Services has announced the addition of the Holiday Inn Select Grand Rapids East to its management portfolio.
Located just one block south of 28th Street at 3063 Lake Eastbrook Boulevard, the Grand Rapids hotel is owned by the RLJ Lodging Fund II, LP an affiliate of RLJ Development, LLC of Bethesda, MD. This marks White Lodging's seventh managed hotel in the state of Michigan.
The hotel is a winner of the prestigious "Torchbearer Award" designation for excellence in quality and guest satisfaction, and is currently ranked in Holiday Inn's top ten full service hotels worldwide.
