Colliers International Hotels Acts as Advisor to Seller
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, July 6, 2006. Colliers International Hotels announces that it has arranged the sale of the Embassy Suites Buena Park-Disneyland Area in Buena Park, California.
Bob Eaton, Mark McDermott, and Bob Kaplan of Colliers International Hotels advised the seller on the transaction.
Located at 7762 Beach Boulevard, the hotel has an excellent location in Orange County near popular area attractions such as Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland. The 199-suite hotel opened in 1982, and includes a restaurant, lounge, business center, outdoor heated pool, and approximately 3,700 square feet of flexible meeting space.
The buyer is a California-based private company that plans to implement a significant renovation to the property.
