CLARKSVILLE, TN, July 2, 2009 - Long time resident and businessmen Nick Patel announced today the opening date for the new Courtyard by Marriott is set for late July. The hotel is located at Exit 4 off I-24 at 155 Fairbrook Place, Clarksville, TN 37040. With 91 rooms; the hotel is one of the first to be built utilizing the edgier-sleek building exteriors and new lobby design initiated by the Courtyard by Marriott brand.
