HFTP Announces New Schedule for 2010 Annual Convention & Tradeshow
AUSTIN, TX, August 6, 2009 - Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP(R)) recently announced a change in schedule for the 2010 Annual Convention & Tradeshow. The new schedule changes the conference to a Monday through Thursday event instead of the previous Wednesday through Saturday schedule. HFTP's Annual Convention & Tradeshow offers attendees a way to find cost-effective solutions to their current work challenges, stay informed on the hottest hospitality industry topics, expand their network, increase their professional value and become empowered. The 2010 convention will be October 11 - 14, 2010 at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront in San Diego, Calif.
"The new schedule allows for greater travel flexibility for attendees," said Frank Wolfe, CAE, CEO of HFTP. "It also gives attendees the opportunity to explore San Diego on the weekends prior to or following the Annual Convention & Tradeshow."
Along with three general sessions, the Annual Convention's education program offers industry-specific, concurrent session tracks - club, hotel, general, technology and leadership unlimited. The concurrent education sessions cover topics important to the industry like wireless communication, tax issues, club finance, technology trends and more. Each evening includes opportunities to network with colleagues in a relaxed setting, while the tradeshow allows attendees the opportunity to meet with vendors and gain valuable insight from experts on a wide variety of hospitality subjects.
