Cornell Scholars, Hospitality Execs to Discuss Customer Value
School of Hotel Administration Dean's Leadership Series
ITHACA, NY, October 6, 2009 - A panel of senior hospitality industry executives and scholars will address "Providing Customer Value: How to Survive as a Hospitality Business Today" on Monday, November 9, from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at InterContinental The Barclay New York. This is the fifth edition of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration Dean's Leadership Series.
Michael D. Johnson, Dean and E. M. Statler Professor at the School of Hotel Administration, will moderate the discussion. Panelists will be:

"This edition of the Dean's Leadership Series will again tackle an important and timely issue facing our industry," said Johnson. Established in November 2007, the Dean's Leadership Series has addressed such topics as sustainability, real estate capital, and restaurant profitability, and previous editions of the series have attracted up to 200 hospitality executives in New York City, Orlando, and Washington, DC. The series is expanding to Paris in May 2010.
