Coastal Hotel Group Selected to Manage Cedarbrook Lodge
Seattle, Wash. (October 16, 2009) - Coastal Hotel Group, a privately held Seattle-based hospitality management company, has been selected to operate and manage Cedarbrook Lodge, a full service meeting, conferences, special events and wedding venue located on 18 acres in SeaTac, Wash., less than one mile from Seattle Tacoma International Airport.
Under the management of Coastal Hotel Group, Cedarbrook will operate as a 110-room hotel for business and leisure travelers, and features 14,000 square feet of meeting and event space equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual technology, suitable for large conferences, small meetings, corporate retreats, weddings, and more.

Cedarbrook was acquired by Cedarbrook Lodge, LLC through its managing member, Wright Hotels, Inc. on Monday, September 29, 2009. Cedarbrook was opened in 2002 as a corporate training center for Washington Mutual. JPMorgan Chase, successor in interest to Washington Mutual, put the property up for sale in April 2009.
