NEW YORK, NY, November 12, 2009 - The Apple Core Hotel Group, owner and operator of five centrally-located Manhattan properties, has announced the debut of the 208-room The Hotel @ Times Square (TH@TS). Fresh from an extensive transformation, the 1903 beaux-arts building has morphed into a chic, modern, affordable property. The Hotel @ Times Square offers guests complimentary Wi-Fi, free phone calls to anywhere within the U.S., fitness center access, continental breakfast, daily newspaper delivery, and a lively lobby for socializing with gentle rates starting at $119.

Under the direction of designer Hyun Kim, The Hotel @ Times Square (TH@TS) has comfortably appointed guest rooms and modernized social areas touting a fresh, modern look - keeping in-tune with its energetic surroundings. Among the 208 guest rooms are nine spacious family suites featuring two separate rooms, full-sized closets and two large-screen televisions. The revitalized lobby welcomes guests with comfortable modern furniture, two large flat-screen televisions, a state-of-the-art business center with two computers, an electronic workstation for guests to plug-in laptops and iPods; and a kiosk for hotel check-in, check-out and boarding passes. Guest rooms feature plush bedding, flat-screen televisions, night reading lamps, iPhone docking stations, cordless speaker phones, irons and ironing boards, and in-room safes. Daily continental breakfast is served in a new bistro-style cafe that accommodates 72, and features four new flat-screen televisions.
