Warwick U.S. Hotels 'Re-Up' R&R Discounts For Active Military
February 3, 2010 - Because America's finest deserve the finest, the elegant Warwick International Hotels, U.S., are extending their discount for active military personnel on R&R throughout 2010. The Warwick hotels in Dallas, Denver, New York City, San Francisco and Seattle will offer 25 percent off the best available room rates for up to two rooms, including suites in all cities except Seattle. Although the rate will vary based on the time of the year, this means a luxury hotel stay can be had from $55 per night for a classic room (or $67 per night in Seattle) or $99 for a suite, plus taxes. Prices start at $140 in New York. The discount is good for most days of the year, including holidays, with few blackout dates, as long as hotel occupancy levels permit.
Warwick International Hotels has received very positive feedback on the R&R discount, including the following unsolicited email sent to Warwick San Francisco:
“My best friend is booking a romantic weekend with her husband while he is home on R&R from Afghanistan, and is going to stay with you because of your R&R package. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to see a company offer that to these families. They endure so much in their separations; offers such as your R&R package really help both financially as well as emotionally.”
In addition to the room discount, Warwick Denver Hotel will offer 10% off meals in the hotel restaurant, Randolph's, and free Wi-Fi. Warwick San Francisco Hotel will offer 20% off brunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant, La Scene Cafe. Warwick Seattle Hotel will offer 15% off lunch and dinner in Brasserie Margaux.
To take advantage of the discount, guests must show military identification and leave or deployment paperwork upon check-in. Reservations can be made via the Warwick voice reservation line at 1.800.203.3232, through any Utell worldwide voice reservations office or at the Warwick Web site, www.warwickhotels.com (with rate code WKMILE), and are instantly confirmed at that time. (Click on the Special Offers button at the top of the home page, scroll down to the Armed Forces R&R Package and select the hotel you would like to book.)
