Will Focus on Increasing Guest Engagement and Loyalty

Waltham, MA - April 21, 2010 - The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd. (LHW) announced today that they selected ClickSquared as their cross-channel marketing solution partner. ClickSquared's SaaS (Software as a Service) marketing platform, Click 3G, will allow LHW to create highly personalized guest communications and to execute lifecycle-based marketing programs based on individual guest preferences to promote brand engagement, engender guest loyalty and drive increased bookings activity for its member hotels.

The Leading Hotels of the World will use Click 3G to consolidate information from various guest touch-points such as website, reservation center, social media, loyalty program and on-property activity to better understand each guest's preferences, and use that information to develop and orchestrate relevant cross-channel communication programs -- that anticipate each guest's needs.
