DELAFIELD, WI - October 7, 2010 - A new ownership partnership for the Delafield Hotel in Delafield, Wis. has been finalized. The hotel is now jointly owned by 616 Hotel, LLC, based in Grand Rapids, Mich. and IDM Group, LLC based in Fort Atkinson, Wis. IDM Group continues in its role as manager of the property as well. The hotel was originally developed and previously owned by Robert Lang.

The Delafield Hotel is the only Preferred Boutique™ hotel in the Midwest and may be found online at www.thedelafieldhotel.com. Opened in March of 2006, the hotel has a distinct colonial Williamsburg feel to it with its red-brick exterior, cherry woodwork, antique furnishings and oriental rugs. The property features 38 luxury rooms and suites complete with five-star amenities such as Baker furniture, lavish spa bathrooms equipped with Kohler products, and high-definition flat screen televisions. There is also fine dining on premise at Andrews Bar & Restaurant.

The Delafield Hotel is an extraordinary 38 suite full service luxury hotel located 20 minutes west of Milwaukee offering exceptional food and beverage experience in Andrew's Restaurant.
