Courtyard by Marriott Beijing Rebranded as pentahotel Beijing

January 4, 2011 - pentahotel Beijing, formerly Courtyard by Marriott Beijing, has been rebranded and joins pentahotel Shanghai as the second China property of the select service pentahotels brand.

The 299-room hotel, conveniently located in the downtown Chongwenmen District, is within walking distance to the subway station and is close to Beijing Railway Station and Tain'anmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven and Wangfujing shopping street.

By third quarter 2011, the hotel's public spaces and guestrooms will be redesigned, and a new service culture introduced, to reflect the pentahotels concept of a neighbourhood lifestyle hotel with friendly, informal, yet streamlined service.
