Double-Boiled Shark's Bone Cartilage Soup with Three Treasures 翅骨汤炖三
Baked Pork Ribs with Lemon Grass 香茅炬排骨,
Crispy Roasted Duck 脆皮烧鸭,
Tiger Prawn prepared Two Ways 大虎虾两味 (椒盐头&上汤炬身),
Braised Homemade Emerald Beancurd with Seasonal Greens topped with Pan-Fried Scallops 煎带子扒翠绿豆腐时蔬,

Unlike Apple Martini which is a combination of Vodka and an Apple flavoured liquid, this drink is a blend of Vanilla Ice Cream, Napoleon VSOP, Bailey's, Granny Smith Apple and infused with Sourz Apple for a more pronounced apple relish! Packed with Apple pulp and served in a martini glass, garnished with an Apple Fan and Chocolate Balls, this drink is simply apple-citing.
