Neptune Hospitality Advisors Arranges $5 mil Financing for Holiday Inn Mammoth Lakes
SAN DIEGO, CA, September 7, 2006. Neptune Hospitality Advisors announced today that it arranged the senior financing for the 71-room Holiday Inn Mammoth Lakes, California. Neptune arranged the ten-year fixed rate loan through an international investment bank. Notably, the loan featured an interest rate spread significantly below 100 basis points and a 30-year amortization period.

Our proprietary auction process is the best way for borrowers to access this market and produces the lowest effective cost of borrowing for the client at the highest possible proceeds. In this case, that turned out to be pricing under 100 basis points with several other concessions for the borrower," commented Gavin Davis, Principal of Neptune Hospitality Advisors.
