Newport News, VA Jne 3, 2011 - The Mumford Company represented a national loan servicing organization in the recent sale of the Courtyard by Marriott hotel of Yorktown, Virginia. The purchasers were Yorktown Lodging Partners, an affiliate of Landmark Hotel Group of Virginia Beach.
This 90 room hotel was built in 1998 and is strategically located to a myriad of lodging demand generators on the Virginia Peninsula. The purchasers plan to make significant cosmetic renovations to the property and retain a long-term affiliation with Marriott.
