Foremost Group Shows Rapid Growth
Berlin, June 6, 2011 - The Foremost Group just opened its 6th Hotel in Germany. The Foremost Group has been developing a portfolio of Holiday Inn Express (HIEX) hotels in Germany, under license from the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) since 2008.
The most recent projects include the Holiday Inn Express Dresden City Centre, which opened on May 2nd 2011 and boasts 218 comfortable, air-conditioned, non-smoking bedrooms, with a flat screen colour TV, a telephone, a safe, high speed Wi-Fi internet connection, a hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Mr. van de Loo, Managing Director of the Foremost Group stated: “The hotel was fully booked as of the first day. Germany is all in all very important to the Hotel industry and we especially see great potential in the focused service segment.”
Foremost Hospitality has chosen the locations carefully, and now operate Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Berlin City Centre West, Frankfurt City Hauptbahnhof, Munich Airport, Hamburg St.-Pauli-Messe, Hamburg City Centre and of course in Dresden City Centre.
There are many more projects on the horizon, including Mannheim, Heidelberg, Leipzig, as well as a second hotel in Berlin at Alexanderplatz. The Foremost Group are planning 20 Hotels by 2016.
