June 10, 2011 - Premier Capital Associates, LLC has arranged refinancing in the amount of $12,600,000 for the Hilton Garden Inn located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The subject property is a 149-unit Hilton Garden Inn built in 2008.
The financing was arranged under a CMBS program as the borrower was looking to take advantage of current historically low rates. Terms and pricing were not disclosed.
