Hotel Source Sells Days Inn - Eagle River, WI
CHICAGO - June 29, 2011 - Hotel Source, Inc. completed the sale of the 92-room Days Inn - Eagle River, WI. This limited-service hotel was purchased by a private operator from the original owner and developer. Seth Glickman and Steve Marx of Hotel Source, Inc. handled the sale.
The hotel was sold at a 2.6 Room Revenue Multiplier and was achieving approximately 31% occupancy and $74.29 ADR at the time of sale. Originally built in 1989, a 31-room addition was added in 1995. This 5-Sunburst and Chairman's Award winning property is easily accessed by US Highway 45, and contains an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna.
