Bellevue, WA - July 18, 2011 - Premier Capital Associates, LLC has arranged a cash-out refinance in the amount of $13,700,000 for the Holiday Inn Express located in Anchorage, Alaska. The subject property is a 129-unit Hilton Garden Inn built in 1999.
The financing was arranged under a long-term, fixed rate, non-recourse loan as the borrower was looking to take advantage of current historically low rates and the opportunity to put some trapped equity to work. Terms and pricing were not disclosed.
