Multi-Systems Inc. Promotes Tim Tiller to President
PHOENIX, AZ, January 30, 2007. Multi-Systems Inc. (MSI), a technology leader supplying integrated property management systems to the lodging industry, announces the promotion of Tim Tiller, MSW to president.
MSI's Founder and CEO Rick Munson said, "We are honored to have Tim Tiller accept the responsibilities of president. As Tiller takes the reins as president, Munson will focus on MSI's long-range goals, strategic plans and corporate alliances. "I will be retaining my role as chief executive officer and MSI board chairman," said Munson. "Tim and I will work closely together as a team as we lead MSI to the next level."
Tiller will uphold the company's vision of empowering the lodging industry through great people, superior service and innovative technology. Tiller will be responsible for the day-to-day management of more than 200 employees at MSI's headquarters in Phoenix. He will also direct the overall and on-going customer satisfaction at each of MSI's 2,900 installation locations throughout the United States and Canada. At MSI, customer support is of the utmost importance and exceeding customer expectations is the main focus. Tiller will ensure that all MSI team members have the tools and resources required to continually provide world-class customer service.
As president, Tiller will also maintain and oversee corporate relationships with many of MSI's major business partners. Tiller began his career in the lodging industry at John Q. Hammons Hotels. In February 1998, Tiller joined the MSI team as a training specialist. During his MSI tenure, he has successfully filled the positions of corporate account manager, director of account management & training, VP of customer success and COO. A native of St. Charles, Missouri, he holds degrees from both the College of the Ozarks and Arizona State University.
