Hotel AG Brokers Sale of Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati/Mason
ATLANTA, GA - September 12, 2011 - Hotel Assets Group, LLC (Hotel AG), announced today that the firm negotiated the sale of the 110-room Hilton Garden Inn located in Cincinnati/Mason, Ohio. The hotel sold to Apple REIT Ten on behalf of SASI, LLC for an undisclosed amount.
This property opened in February 2010 and very quickly ramped up providing the opportunity for the buyers to capture a strong performing asset with minimal capital expense requirements,” said Brad Sinclair, a vice president and partner for Hotel AG. “Both buyer and seller are excited with this transaction.”
The buyer plans to continue operations as a Hilton Garden Inn with Schulte Hospitality Group as the management company.
