Sunburst Opens Arlington Residence Court in DC

WASHINGTON, DC, February 5, 2007. Sunburst Hospitality announced today the successful February 1st physical opening of the Arlington Residence Court, an upscale extended-stay all-suite hotel in the Clarion Collection. The newly opened all-suite hotel stems from Sunburst's $16 million renovation of the public space and guest rooms of an existing property owned by the Silver Springs-based national hotel company. Donohoe Construction, one of DC's leading construction firms, conducted the renovation; the result is the area's premier upscale extended-stay property.
