. The Bonaventure Resort & Spa in Weston: Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is in the midst of a $90 million overhaul. The renovated hotel will be renamed The Wyndham Resort & Golden Door Spa in December 2005.
. St. Regis Resort, Fort Lauderdale: The new $135 million luxury, landmark resort will feature 166 elegantly appointed guestrooms and suites with private balconies, an ocean-view gourmet restaurant. Overlooking the ocean will be an 8,600 square-foot ballroom, with adjacent 8,680 square feet of pre-function space. Completion is scheduled for 2006.
. Q Club Resort & Residences, to be managed by Hilton: Located right on Fort Lauderdale Beach, the 25-story property will feature 333 luxurious rooms, a gourmet restaurant, a spa offering poolside massages, an outdoor heated pool, dataports in each cabana and a 2,700 square-foot ballroom. Scheduled for completion in summer 2006.
. W Hotel. The $220 million W Fort Lauderdale Hotel and Residences: a member of Starwood Hotels & Resorts' Luxury Collection, is scheduled to open in December 2006.
. Hollywood Grande Condominium Hotel & Resort: A five-story property situated just steps from Hollywood Beach, is scheduled for completion in the winter of 2006.
. Trump International Hotel & Tower, Fort Lauderdale: Is a 24-story building designed by world-renowned Michael Graves & Associates. The property will contain homes and hotel rooms. Completion is scheduled for February 2007.
. Trump International Beach Club: Will be situated directly across from Bahia Mar Marina between the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.
