Jackson Hospitality Adds New Contracts, Receives Awards

Birmingham, AL - February 22, 2012 - Jackson Hospitality Services (JHS) ended 2011 with a high note when two of their managed hotels received the prestigious Hilton LightHouse Award. JHS continued the trend in January of 2012 when they took over two new management contracts.

JHS manages two Hampton Inns that have received the 2011 Hilton LightHouse Award. The Lighthouse Award recognize the top 5% of hotels in the Hampton Inn system based on product quality and guest satisfaction scores.

Both award winning hotels are ranked among the top 20 Hampton Inns internationally. Ranked #12 is the Hampton Inn located in Leeds, AL. This property opened in 2009 and is located near the Barber Motorsports Park and Museum. Ranked #17 is the Hampton Inn located in Gadsden, Alabama that opened in 2008.

Jackson Hospitality Services has also started the year off with two new management contracts for properties located in Alabama. One of the properties is a 96-room Holiday Inn located near the Hyundai Motor Manufacturing campus in Montgomery, AL. The full service hotel is only two months old and features the Magnolia's restaurant and a heated indoor pool. The second hotel is a 95-room Hampton Inn & Suites located at 6205 Highway 431 South in Huntsville, AL. The property is only 2 years old and is located near the Hampton Cove Robert Trent Golf Trail.
