Keith Gruen to Speak on Property Management Systems at EHTEC
Creator of the Fidelio Property Management Software, Keith Gruen, to Speak
AUSTIN, TX, February 12, 2007. Keith Gruen, hotel software entrepreneur and executive at conject AG, will give the luncheon speech at Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals' (HFTP) inaugural European Hospitality Technology Education Conference (EHTEC) on February 20, 2007 at the Hilton Amsterdam in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Gruen's luncheon speech 'PMS: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow' will discuss the recent history of property management systems' (PMS) development. He will also go into why the industry has lost its edge and how it might gain it back again.

Keith Gruen is a serial entrepreneur and author of the hotel software PMS: Fidelio. Currently he is an executive at conject AG in Munich, Germany, a company specializing in software for the real estate and construction industry, where he leads expansion, international growth, acquisitions, new product strategy and financing.
He founded numerous companies including Fidelio Software, which was sold to Micros Systems Inc. in 1995; NXN Digital Entertainment GmbH, which was sold to Avid Technology Inc. in 2004; and Kappa IT Ventures, a venture capital firm that advises European and American technology firms towards an IPO or trade sale.
EHTEC, being held February 18 - 20, will be an intimate gathering of the EU's top hospitality professionals and will offer European hospitality professionals a first-rate educational program. Attendees will discuss the most pressing challenges facing hospitality technology in Europe.
