BELLEVUE, WA - September 6, 2012 - Pineapple Hospitality announces the completion of its $2.5 million renovation of Hotel FIVE, its newest boutique property located in downtown Seattle.

The hotel, located on the corner of Fifth and Blanchard in the heart of downtown, is conveniently close to attractions and venues including Pike Place Market, Washington State Convention Center, Space Needle and South Lake Union. The first phase, completed in June 2011, included 58 new guest rooms, the hotel lobby and entrance. With the completion of the renovation, Hotel FIVE now offers 116 guest rooms, including four Urban Suites each featuring a King bed, large living room with a full size sleeper sofa, 42” flat screen TV, walk-in shower with dual body spray heads and upgraded amenities.

Guests at Hotel FIVE can enjoy complimentary guest amenities, including hotel-wide WiFi access, complimentary guest bike rentals, fitness center and mini pineapple cupcakes upon check-in. Each guest room is outfitted with low-allergen, dog-friendly hardwood floors, Serta Concierge Emerald Plush beds, 32” flat screen TVs, Keurig coffee makers, Italian Tile bathrooms with Tommy Bahama bath amenities, and more.
