Pineapple Hospitality Purchases Portland's Hotel Fifty, Rebrands as Hotel Rose
Bellevue, WA hotel company expands its portfolio to Portland, Ore. with purchase of waterfront hotel
Bellevue, WA - August 2, 2013 - Pineapple Hospitality announces its acquisition of Hotel Fifty in downtown Portland. The 140-room boutique hotel will remain open during the transition, and will be renamed and operate as Hotel Rose effective today, Aug. 1, 2013.

Pineapple Hospitality purchased Hotel Fifty from the previous owner Oly-IDA Hotels LLC, a joint venture partnership between Coastal Hotel Group, IDA Riverfront LLC, and an affiliate investment company of Olympic Investors LLC.
Pineapple Hospitality will complete cosmetic renovations to Hotel Rose to bring it in alignment with the company's brand standards, and will continue to operate H5O bistro & bar, the existing urban contemporary restaurant.
Hotel Rose will share the same complimentary Pineapple Hospitality guest services and amenities as the company's other hotels, including bicycle checkout program, hotel-wide Wi-Fi Internet access, pineapple cupcake welcome reception, and more.
