Cabo Azul Resort & Spa Opens This Summer
LOS CABOS, Mexico, March 15, 2007. Mark Post, CEO of Pacific Monarch Resorts Inc., announces the opening of Cabo Azul Resort & Spa, the company's first full-scale luxury resort development in Los Cabos, Mexico.
Post, a vacation resort developer, has selected award-winning designer Dodd Mitchell to appoint the property's 332 one- two- and three-bedroom villas, its signature restaurants, spa, and wedding chapel. Featuring the designer's flair for natural elegance and drama, the full-scale resort and spa will invite relaxation and entertainment with flaming fire sculptures, playful waterscapes and artful interiors. Cabo Azul Resort & Spa will also feature the Dodd Mitchell designed restaurant, Javier's Cantina & Grill, already known and popular with Southern California residents.
