MARCH 23, 2007. Hilton Garden Inn(R) is pleased to announce the opening of the 158-room Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/University Area, in Columbus, Ohio. The opening represents another addition to the brand's growing portfolio of more than 300+ Hilton Garden Inn locations across North America and Europe.

The Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/University Area is operated by Indus Core Hotels, LLC under a license agreement with Hilton Inns, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE:HLT).

The five-story building Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/University Area features: a signature glass-walled pavilion housing the reception desk; a Pavilion Pantry(R) with a selection of refrigerated, frozen and microwaveable packaged items, and sundries; the Great American Grill(R) restaurant, offering cooked to order breakfast with room service available during dinner hours; wired and wireless high speed Internet access; two comfortable lounge areas with a television and fireplace; five meeting rooms offering 2,900 square feet of flexible space; a 24-hour complimentary business center; and an on-site guest laundry facility.

Guest room accommodations and features include: the Garden Sleep SystemTM bed in all rooms; 32" high definition LCD flat panel television; clock that allows guests to play their portable CD or MP3 player; a "hospitality center" with a microwave oven, coffee maker and mini refrigerator; a sitting area with an easy chair and ottoman; a hairdryer; and an iron and ironing board.
