Rob Dann Launches Development and Management Organization through Marble Arch
Marble Arch Hospitality and Development Business Units Launched
ATLANTA, GA - January 15, 2015 - Atlanta-based Marble Arch Groups created Marble Arch Hospitality and Marble Arch Development, to develop, own and manage both select and full-service hotel assets throughout North America, announced Managing Partner Robert Dann.
Led by President Michael Hartnett, Marble Arch Development will provide investors, owners and developers of new or existing projects with technical assistance in design, FF & E budgets and specifications, marketing, training and coordination of various disciplines during the pre-opening, development, acquisition and/or re-positioning process.

Marble Arch Hospitality will focus on managing the assets developed by Marble Arch Development, as well as, third party management for owners, investors, REITS, and financial institutions. In addition to serving as managing partner of Marble Arch Groups, Dann will also serve as CEO of Marble Arch Hospitality.
A 30-year industry veteran who served as COO of Campus Crest Group (NYSE: CCG) and President of CSM Lodging, Rob's extensive operational and financial experience encompasses leadership roles with Marriott®, Hilton®, Carlson® and IHG® franchisees; as well as independent organizations. His work in the independent world includes such iconic assets as: Morgans, Mondrian, Paramount, Pink Shell Beach Resort, French Lick Resort and Helmsley Park Lane®.

Marble Arch groups will be attending ALIS in Los Angeles and will be actively pursuing additional development and acquisition opportunities, as well as, third party management agreements for their hospitality division.
