The CoralTree Residence Collection announces several exciting leadership updates, including the appointment of Andy Blair as director of finance in Colorado and the promotions of Kelly McCourt and Maria Paladini to vice president roles.

New Colorado Finance Director

Blair joins CoralTree Residence Collection as director of finance for Colorado. Blair brings decades of hospitality finance experience to the role and a deep connection to the industry. He previously spent 13 years with Destination Hotels & Resorts, contributing to the home office finance team and serving at properties such as The Inverness Denver and Sunriver Resort in Oregon. His career also includes six years at Hammock Beach Resort in Florida and a decade with Benchmark Hotels, where he worked at Snow King Resort in Jackson Hole, Garden of the Gods Club, and Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs. Most recently, he was the director of finance for the Inverness. He is a proud graduate of the University of Houston's Hilton Hotel School.

Leadership Promotions

Kelly McCourt has been promoted to vice president of sales and marketing for the Residence Collection. McCourt has been with CoralTree for four years, previously serving as director of sales and marketing for The Woodlands Resort portfolio. She now leads marketing efforts for CoralTree's luxury residences in destinations Colorado, Florida, Hawaii and South Carolina. Her career includes leadership roles with Pacifica Hotels, Thompson Hotels, and Sage Hospitality. Throughout her career she's led 18 brand launches from conception to execution and repositioned more than 20 distressed assets to drive significant revenue growth. She is a graduate of Baylor University.

Maria Paladini has been promoted to vice president of revenue strategy. She's spent the past three years in revenue leadership roles at CoralTree and previously served as regional revenue manager for Commune Hotels & Resorts. Her background also includes operational experience, including a tenure as general manager for Joie de Vivre Hotels. Paladini earned her degree in Hotel Business Administration from Instituto Superior Perito Moreno and studied at the University of Buenos Aires.

The CoralTree Residence Collection includes vacation rental management properties in the Florida Keys, Vail and Snowmass in Colorado as well as properties on three islands - Kauai, Hawaii Island, and Maui - in Hawaii. Properties include Wild Dunes in South Carolina, The Islands of Islamorada Resort in Florida, Kaanapali Alii and Wailea Beach Villas on Maui, The Lodge at Kukui'ula on Kauai, Villas at Snowmass Club and Top of the Village in Snowmass as well as Montaneros and The Landmark in Vail. The portfolio of residential resorts and vacation rentals includes more than 1,200 residences and 26 homeownersassociations under management.
