Encore Hospitality Buys McAllen Residence Inn in Texas and Tampa Hampton Inn in Florida
DALLAS, February 27, 2015 - Encore Hospitality, LLC, a subsidiary of Encore Enterprises, Inc., has purchased a Residence Inn hotel in McAllen, Texas and a Hampton Inn hotel in the Westshore business district of Tampa, Florida. Both properties were previously owned by Encore Hospitality and sold in 2007. The hotels are expected to undergo renovations over the next 12 months.
The McAllen Residence Inn features 78 rooms and the Tampa Hampton Inn features 132 rooms. Both hotels offer attractive amenities such as an outdoor pool, a business center, free breakfast, 350-square-feet of meeting space and high speed Internet.

Both hotels are in close proximity to key landmarks such as airports, shopping malls, and various entertainment venues. McAllen, Texas is noted for its recent rapid growth and the affluent Westshore business district of Tampa contributes to Florida's strong tourism industry.
