Pontwelly Holding Company Ltd Takes Over 100% Ownership of Aman Resorts
LONDON, EN. August 14, 2015 - As of 11th August 2015, Pontwelly Holding Company Ltd (Pontwelly) has become the owner of Aman hotel business (Silverlink Resorts Ltd) in full satisfaction of the debt finance provided to Aman Resorts Group Ltd (ARGL).
This leaves Pontwelly as the 100% owner of Aman Hotels.
Under this restructure the current Chairman of Aman, Mr Vladislav Doronin and Board Director, Mr Alan Djanogly, remain as the only two directors.
