Chicago-based Management Company recognized for Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Downtown

(FHG) announced today that it has been awarded a Developer of the Year Award as a part of Hilton Worldwide's top annual development awards in the Americas. First Hospitality Group, Inc. The Hilton Worldwide awards are presented in five categories across the company's portfolio of hotels, including Developer of the Year, Best Conversion, Deal of the Year, Outstanding Achievement and Lifetime Achievement, which was awarded to First Hospitality Group's own Stephen Schwartz. Recipients are recognized based on criteria ranging from total number and quality of hotels developed that meet, or exceed brand standards, to impact on community and fastest construction time. Once nominated, the heads of Hilton Worldwide's global brand choose the finalists.
