ANN ARBOR, MI. September 17, 2015 - AJ Capital Partners announced today that it has acquired The Dahlmann Campus Inn in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The 14--©story, 204 room full--©service hotel is located at the corner of State and Huron, directly across the street from the University of Michigan's central campus. Through its 45 year history, the property has played host to heads of state, industry leaders and ¨C before every home game ¨C the Michigan Football team.
As downtown Ann Arbor's only full service hotel, The Dahlmann Campus Inn offers over 9,000 square feet of flexible meeting and social event facilities, a fitness center, three--©meal restaurant and bar. Prominently situated at the gateway to the State Street retail corridor and a short walk to both Kerrytown and Main Street, the property provides immediate access to the myriad restaurants, bars, boutiques, galleries and performing arts venues that define Ann Arbor. The University of Michigan athletic campus including Yost Arena, Crisler Arena and Michigan Stadium are also within walking distance.
