HFTP to Partner with FORTUNE Magazine on "HIGH-TECH HOTEL" Project
AUSTIN, TX. October 19, 2015 — Global association Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®), is working with FORTUNE magazine, as its exclusive association partner, to develop the "High-Tech Hotel" section for the May 2016 issue. FORTUNE magazine, a publication of Time, Inc., will publish the special content section which will explore the trends, highlight industry best practices and showcase the leading solution providers in hospitality technology. As part of this collaboration, HFTP will work with the editorial team from Time, Inc. to identify the issues of top interest to the industry for coverage.
"We are pleased to collaborate and offer our expertise as the recognized global spokes group for both hospitality technology and finance. " explains HFTP CEO Frank Wolfe, CAE. "It is refreshing that an organization like FORTUNE recognizes the fast-paced development within the hospitality technology sector and how this would be of broad interest to its readership of executives who are often frequent travelers. "
The magazine's audience is 3.4 million executives, investors and influential business travelers. The release of the May issue will lead up to HFTP's Hospitality Technology Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC), a world-renowned event offering a unique combination of top-notch hospitality technology education, led by industry peers and experts as well as an unparalleled trade show. Growing each year, HITEC is the largest event of its kind and is attended by over 6,000 individuals and 300 exhibiting companies each June. This year, HITEC will be June 20-23 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, La. USA.
