APRIL 12, 2007. Morgans Hotel Group Co. (NASDAQ: MHGC) announced today that it has scheduled its 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held at Hudson in New York City on Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at 10:00 AM Eastern time. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set as the close of business on Thursday, April 12, 2007.
