Residence Inn Lakeland Celebrates Grand Reopening with Ribbon Cutting
DOTHAN, AL. February 18, 2016 - LBA Hospitality, a full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm, will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to unveil Residence Inn Lakeland's recently remodeled guest areas and exterior. The ceremony will take place at 4:30 p.m. at the property, located at located at 3701 Harden Blvd.
Each of the 78 rooms in the three-story Residence Inn have received new furnishings. Additionally, the public areas and exterior of the building have been refreshed. Residence Inn Lakeland is managed by LBA Hospitality and owned by BRE Select Hotels Corp. The remodel was handled in concert with the Chicago-based design firm Gettys One.
General manager Stephano Anamisis and staff will host tours of the renovated property immediately following the ribbon cutting. Lakeland Mayor Howard Wiggs, members of Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce and representatives from LBA Hospitality will be in attendance. Complimentary self-parking and light refreshments will also be available to guests.
Under Anamsis' direction, Residence Inn Lakeland was awarded a 2015 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence and many additional regional awards. The property is geared toward both leisure and business travelers and includes amenities such as an outdoor pool, exercise room, guest laundry, complimentary breakfast buffet and business center.
