Rim Ends 2007 With 54 Properties
JANUARY 29, 2008. Rim Hospitality, one of the 40 largest hotel management companies in the United States, today announced that the company has ended 2007 with 54 properties under contract in seven states and Canada. The company hired two former Marriott Executives to support their current properties and the exponential growth they are expecting in 2008.
With the addition of these new properties to its portfolio -Rim now has 54 properties with over 6,000 rooms under management or under contract. "With almost 20 total brands now in our portfolio, we're pleased with our growth thus far and we look forward to the continued success as 2008 unfolds," said Mark LeBlanc, Senior Vice President of Development at Rim Hospitality.

Jeff Hasty joined Rim in November 2007 and serves as a Divisional Vice President of Operations for Rim Hospitality. His responsibilities include oversight of multiple hotels, brands and development. Jeff 's hospitality career spans over 14 years of Operations, Sales and Marketing experience with Marriott International. Jeff's educational accomplishments include a BA degree from the University of Irvine, CA and an MBA from The Graziadio School of Business and Management-Pepperdine University-Malibu, CA.
Gary McLin serves as Rim Hospitality's new Vice President of Revenue Strategy and e-Commerce. His focus will be developing and evaluating hotel revenue strategies around demand trending, mix management practices and selling tactics to help hotels surpass market share goals and exceed revenue objectives. Prior to joining the Rim Team, Gary spent over five years with Marriott International. Gary brings with him an abundance of Revenue Management, e-Commerce and hospitality knowledge. Gary's educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance from Chapman University.
