BMC Appoints Tom Holman Corporate Director of Engineering
JANUARY 29, 2008. BMC is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Holman as Corporate Director of Engineering. Tom comes to BMC with 30 years experience in the facilities engineering field, encompassing hotel, condominium resort, high rise, convention center, retail distribution, and manufacturing.
Tom's role will be to support the BMC Hotel's Engineering Departments and Corporate Team. Tom will ensure compliance to all Engineering related SOP's, review of annual R&M budgets, safety and OSHA guidelines and condition of each property as related to capital recommendations. Prior to joining BMC, Tom held positions as Director of Engineering Services for the Omni Charlotte Hotel, Director of Maintenance and Grounds at the Osthoff Condominium Resort and Stationary Engineer for the 444 plaza, the Los Angeles Biltmore Hotel and Hyatt Regency Oakland.
