Wason Associates Successfully Negotiates the Sale of The Landmark Inn
PORTSMOUTH, N.H. November 9, 2016 - Wason Associates Hospitality Real Estate Brokerage Group (Wason Associates) is pleased to announce that they have successfully negotiated the sale of The Landmark Inn located at 480 Main Street, Laconia, New Hampshire. The sale was finalized on September 23, 2016.
The 100-room hotel is situated in downtown Laconia, NH and is within minutes of several area attractions, including Opechee Park Beach, Lake Winnipesauke (New Hampshire's largest lake), and the Gunstock Ski area. Visitors will also be near many of Laconia's popular annual events such as Laconia Motorcycle Week and the Louden NASCAR races. The facility will undergo immediate renovations to its lobby, indoor pool, and restaurant.
The Landmark Inn was sold by Invest Hotel Properties, Inc. to the Ram Landmark Inn Trust, which includes members Mike and Ragi Patel who will be taking over the operation of the property. The buyers also own and operate other hotels in the region, including the Econo Lodge Inn & Suites in Tilton, NH.
