I hope you are well. Remington Hotels is proud to name Chef Ted Peters as the new Vice President of Culinary, overseeing all culinary teams of the hotel management company's luxury division. Previously serving in a dual role as Culinary Director of the Luxury Division and Executive Chef at Azurea, the signature, AAA diamond-awarded restaurant at One Ocean Resort & Spa in Atlantic Beach, Fla., Peters will be responsible for cultivating restaurant concepts, developing kitchen design and functionality, menu development and vendor procurements. In addition, Peters will be responsible for training the next generation of luxury property chefs.
